Connecting in Denver
Last month, our team traveled to Denver for Ellucian Live 2026. After years of working together over email, phone calls, and semester setup tickets, eLive was a great chance to catch up with campus partners in person.

We reconnected with clients who have used SurveyDIG for more than a decade, and met with institutions exploring alternatives for modernizing their course evaluations.
The Common Discussion: The Path to SaaS
In conversations at our booth and across the conference, one topic came up constantly: the move to the cloud.
Whether campuses were in the middle of a Banner SaaS project, planning a Colleague SaaS migration, or still mapping out their timeline, IT and academic leaders shared similar concerns:
- Project Fatigue: Teams are already managing heavy ERP workloads and want to avoid complicating third-party systems during cutovers.
- Preserving Historical Data: Institutional research offices want to ensure years of longitudinal evaluation trends transfer cleanly.
- Maintaining Faculty Confidence: During major administrative transitions, evaluation systems must run smoothly so faculty trust remains intact.
Our Approach: "Ready When You Are Ready"
Our conversations with campus CIOs and Provosts centered on a clear message:
"Our goal is not to rush your campus into unnecessary disruption. We want to ensure your course evaluation workflows are dependable today—and fully ready whenever your institution decides to make the cloud transition."
Because SurveyDIG holds official Verified for SaaS status for both Banner and Colleague, institutions can run SurveyDIG today knowing their evaluation system is ready for whatever comes next on their ERP roadmap.

Thank you to everyone who stopped by our booth in Denver. We appreciate your partnership and look forward to seeing you next year!
